DIVERSA’s lipid nanoparticles are a biocompatible, biodegradable, and cell-friendly technology designed to enhance the intracellular delivery of nucleic acids, paving the way for clinical translation. DIVERSA’s lipid nanoparticles demonstrate exceptional efficacy, ensuring safe mRNA delivery while maintaining cell integrity, standing out from viral and cationic-based transfection methods. They can accommodate a wide range of mRNA sizes (900 – 4500 nt), expanding research possibilities. Formulations outside this range could be feasible, but their performance has not been thoroughly assessed and cannot be guaranteed without further testing. DIVERSA’s lipid nanoparticles are easily internalized by cells and can penetrate more complex structures, such as 3D cell cultures and organoids. Additionally, they can be adapted to various routes of administration for evaluation in animal models, maximizing targeted biodistribution and enhancing their therapeutic effect. MEM (Minimum Essential Medium), also known as the minimum essential medium, minimum essential medium or low limit Eagle medium, developed by Harry Eagle on the basis of the Eagle Basic Medium (BEM), is the most basic and most applicable medium. It is one of the most commonly used media for animal cell culture. MEM contains only 12 essential amino acids, glutamine and 8 vitamins, the composition is simple, mainly used for the culture of adherent cells, the formula can also be used for other types of cell culture after modification. MEM, With NEAA, which is based on MEM with the addition of L-alanine, L-glutamic acid, L-asparagine, L-aspartate, L-proline, L-serine and glycine 7 kinds of NEAA, can reduce the side effects of cell production of non-essential amino acids during cell culture and effectively promote cell proliferation and metabolism. MEM, With NEAA contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other components required for multi-type cell culture, but does not contain pr

McCoy's 5A medium is a medium designed by Thomas McCoy et al in 1959, originally specifically for the culture of Novikoff Hepatoma cells. McCoy's 5A is a modified Medium 5A that contains reduced glutathione, bacterial peptone and a high concentration of glucose. McCoy's 5A is widely used in the culture of many types of primary cells, such as bone marrow, skin, gum, kidney, spleen, lung, rat embryo, omentum, etc. In addition, McCoy's 5A medium is used for tissue biopsy culture, cell line construction, and some lymphocyte and difficult-to-culture cells culture. McCoy's 5A Medium contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other components required for multi-type cell culture, but does not contain lipids or any growth factors, so the product should be used with or without serum additives. This product is filtered with 0.22 μm filter membrane to remove bacteria, without high temperature and high pressure sterilization, less nutrient loss, ready to open the bottle; To provide a vari

The IL-17RA[Biotin]:IL-17A Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening inhibitors of IL-17A:IL-17RA interaction. The IL-17RA[Biotin]-IL-17A Binding Assay Kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with biotin-labeled IL-17RA, purified IL-17A, streptavidinlabeled HRP, and assay buffer for 100 binding reactions. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of detection of biotin-labeled IL-17RA by streptavidin-HRP. Only a few simple steps on a microtiter plate are required for the assay. First, IL-17A is coated on a 96-well plate. Next, IL-17RA is incubated with IL-17A on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP followed by addition of an HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
