eBlot L1 is a highly efficient wet protein transfer system, which uses a patented technology developed by GenScript. eBlot L1 combines the high stability and efficiency of the traditional wet transfer with the rapidness and convenience of the semi-dry transfer system. The device allows the efficient transfer of small, medium as well as large molecular weight proteins within 15 minutes.<br/><br/>Each kit contains 2x 1L eBlot L1 PVDF Membrane Transfer Buffer (5X), 2x 15mL eBlot L1 PVDF Equilibration Buffer (10X ) and 2x 30pK eBlot L1 Transfer Sponge. The kit is for 30x transfers with standard program.

AmMag™ Box,1kit

eStain L1C Staining Kit (Cat No: L00753) contains reagents that are used with eStain L1 protein staining device (L00657). Each kit contains 1 x 2L of staining solution, 1 x 2L of destaining solution, and a pack of filter paper (50pK).

GenScript’s AmMag Wand enables protein and antibody purification from cultures up to 2 L in volume using the AmMag SA. Magnetic beads are directly incubated in cultures or lysates to bind target proteins and antibodies. Once binding is complete, the AmMag Wand is used to collect the beads and transfer them into 50 ml tubes, to be washed and eluted automatically using the AmMag SA purification system, or manually using the AmMag MR magnetic racks.

The GenBox Mini Blot System is compatible with both the GenBox Mini electrophoresis module as well as the blot modules for tank blotting. The system holds both GenScript's 10*8 and 10*10 precast gels interchangeably.
