PCL(5k)-PEG(5k)-NH2 has two distinct block of polymers, i.e. hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) and hydrophilic PEG blocks. In water, the polymer self-assembles with the PCL being shielded from water by the PEG. The PCL core can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs while the PEG shell not only provides protection against degradation but also enables a stealth behavior which is a prerequisite for successful in vivo translation of nanomedicine to achieve long blood circulation and targeted delivery. The terminal amine can react with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester to form a stable amide linkage. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

PDLA(5k)-mPEG(1k) is a micelle-forming polymer with hydrophobic poly(D-lactide) tethered to a hydrophilic PEG. The PDLA segment can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs while the PEG can form a tight shell around the core to minimize drug degradation. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

PDLA(5k)-mPEG(2k) is a biodegradable amphiphilic block copolymer with poly(D-lactide) as the hydrophobic block and PEG as the hydrophilic block. The polymer can self assemble in water to form micelles which can be used to encapsulate drugs for targeted delivery and nanomedicine. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

PDLA(20k)-mPEG(5k) is an amphipathic block copolymer with a PDLA hydrophobic block connected chemically to a PEG hydrophilic block. It can self-assemble to form micelles upon dispersion in water. the polymer can be used to prepare drug nanocarrier where the core regions can serve as reservoirs for hydrophobic drugs. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

PLA(2k)-mPEG(5k) is a block copolymer containing a hydrophobic racemic of PLA block and a hydrophilic PEG segment. Upon water dispersion, the polymer self-assembles to form micelles with the PLA being shielded from the water (core) and the PEG facing the water (shell). The core of micelles can serve as reservoirs for hydrophobic drugs while the shell regions provide tight shell around the core which can minimize degradation. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

PLA(1k)-PEG(2k)-COOH is a monofunctional amphiphilic block copolymer. The biodegradable polymer can form micelles in water and can be used for drug encapsulation in drug delivery. The carboxyl (COOH) is reactive to amine in the presence of activating agent, such as HATU/EDC to form a stable amide bond. The PLA for this polymer is racemic of (D-lactide) and (L-lactide). Reagent grade, for research purpose.
