m-PEG(5K)-PLL(3K) is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer comprised of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and Poly(L-Lysine) (PLL). The hydrophilic PEG increases solubility in aqueous media. Upon dispersion in water, the polymer self-assembles to form micelles with a PLL core and PEG shell. The core can be used as reservoir for hydrophobic drugs, while the shell can provide protection from degradation (enzymatic/hydrolysis). Each amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc. Reagent grade, for research use only.

MPEG-N3, MW 1,000 is a click chemistry PEG polymer. Azide undergoes click chemistry with alkyne-containing molecule, such as DBCO/BCN and terminal alkyne. When the PEG-azide is clicked to other molecule, water solubility of the new compound is enhanced significantly. Reagent grade, for research use only.

pGlu(7.5K)-PEG(2K)-Azide is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer comprised of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyamino acid having one COOH function per glutamic acid unit and a terminal azide group. The hydrophilic PEG increases solubility in aqueous media. pGlu is soluble in water(alkaline solution), dichloroacetic acid, chloroform, DMF, dioxane, and acetic acid. The terminal azide group can react with an alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. Reagent grade, for research use only.
