VitroGel® ORGANOID (1-4) are xeno-free (animal origin-free) hydrogels that support the growth of patient-derived organoids or organoids developed from pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), co-culture, and PDX model. VitroGel ORGANOID hydrogels are ready to use at room temperature and have a neutral pH, transparent, permeable, and compatible with different imaging systems. The solution transforms into a hydrogel matrix by simply mixing with the cell culture medium. VitroGel ORGANOID hydrogels are good for both 3D cell culture and 2D hydrogel coating applications.

GenBank Accession No. NM_001250, a.a. 21-193, fused at the C-terminus with the Fc portion of Human IgG1, with C-terminal Avi-tag™, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 48 kDa. This protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation.

This Cell Isolation Magnetic Tube Rack is designed to accompany our magnetic cell isolation products, such as the CD19 Positive Cell Isolation Kit (BPS Bioscience #78564). This magnet can quickly separate cells labeled with magnetic beads and is designed to allow users a near 360° view of their cell samples during separation. This magnet can accommodate both 15 and 50 ml tubes simultaneously, which allows flexibility for scaling up or down your isolation samples. Additionally, the rack is compatible with both conical and round-bottom tubes. The compact nature of this magnet allows it to fit easily in various incubators or refrigerators to match desired conditions.
