Fujifilm Wako has developed the MassivEV™ EV Purification Column PS, which utilizes our proprietary EV isolation and purification technology known as the PS affinity method1). Used in conjunction with the specialized MassivEV™ Purification Buffer Set, this system enables convenient isolation and purification of EVs, including exosomes, from liter-scale cell culture supernatants.

This product is appropriate for maintaining human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), human ES cells and human iPS cells, in a feeder-free, serum-free and animal-free environment. This medium is low in protein, and dose not contain albumin. This product is for labratory resarch use only. By using this medium, cells can be cultured on a variety of extracellular matrices and single-cell passaging is also possible by the addition of Y-27632 during passaging. This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.

EV-Up MSC EV Production Supplemet, AF is a supplement set used to prepare exosomes (EVs) production medium for mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). Mixture of this product and EV-Up MSC EV Production Supplement, AF (code No.: 298-84001) can use as the complete medium. The products are serum-free and animal component-free, available regardless of the type of growth medium. The complete medium is available for MSCs derived from various tissue sources. ex.: bone marrow, umblical cord, adipose tissue etc.
