Recombinant Rat FGF-10 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167400-42). FGF‐10 is a heparin‐binding growth factor that belongs to the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF‐10 is most related to KGF/FGF‐7, and is expressed during the development and, preferentially, in adult lungs. It signals through FGFR 2b. Recombinant Rat FGF‐10 is a 20.2 kDa protein consisting of 180 amino acid residues.

Recombinant Rat Flt3-Ligand (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167400-43). Flt3‐Ligand is a growth factor that regulates proliferation of early hematopoietic cells. Flt3‐Ligand binds to cells expressing the tyrosine kinase receptor Flt3. Flt3‐Ligand, by itself does not stimulate proliferation of early hematopoietic cells, but synergizes with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation. Unlike SCF, Flt3‐Ligand exerts no activity on mast cells. Multiple isoforms of Flt3‐Ligand have been identified. The predominant biologically active form is anchored to the cell surface as the extracellular domain of a transmembrane protein (209 a.a.). The membrane‐bound isoform can be proteolytically cleaved to generate a biologically active soluble isoform. Recombinant Rat Flt3‐Ligand is a soluble 18.3 kDa protein consisting of 162 amino acid residues.

Recombinant Human TIMP-1 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167410-01). TIMP-1 is an extracellular inhibitor of MMPs, including MMP-1, -2, -3, -7, -8, -9, -10, -11, -12, -13, and -16. It belongs to the I35 (TIMP) family of irreversible protease inhibitors that function as key modulators of extracellular matrix degradation during tissue development and remodeling. TIMP-1 can also act through an MMP-independent mechanism to promote erythropoiesis by stimulating proliferation and differentiation of erythroid progenitors. Recombinant Human TIMP-1 is a 20.6 kDa protein containing 184 amino acid residues.

Recombinant Human beta-NGF (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167450-01). Beta-NGF is a neurotrophic factor structurally related to BDNF, NT-3 and NT-4. These proteins belong to the cysteine-knot family of growth factors that assume stable dimeric structures. Beta-NGF is a potent neurotrophic factor that signals through its receptor beta-NGFR, and plays a crucial role in the development and preservation of the sensory and sympathetic nervous systems. Beta-NGF also acts as a growth and differentiation factor for B lymphocytes, and enhances B-cell survival. The functional form of Recombinant Human beta-NGF is a non-covalently-linked homodimer of two 13.5 kDa, polypeptide monomers that each contain 120 amino acids and three disulfide bonds, which are required for biological activity.
