Secondary Antibodies

Useful as second antibody in immunoassays, such as ELISA's (good binding on plastic) and immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Available in unconjugated MON5051, FITC conjugated MON5051F, HRP conjugated MON5050P and Biotin conjugated MON5051B.

Mouse Gamma Heavy Chain (γ2a, γ2b, γ1 and γ3) of Immunoglobulin (determined by immunodot). In ELISA: LO-MG-7 purified can be used at 0.6 µg/ml to obtain an OD of more than 1 on mouse IgG2a and IgG2b.
