CD20 Knockout Raji Cell Line is a Raji cell line where CD20 (B-lymphocyte antigen CD20, or MS4A1) has been genetically removed from Raji cells using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing. This cell line has been validated by genome sequencing and flow cytometry.

CD19/CD20 Double Knockout Raji Cell Line is a Raji cell line where CD19 (Cluster of Differentiation 19, B-lymphocyte surface antigen B4, or CVID3) and CD20 (B-lymphocyte antigen CD20, or MS4A1) have been genetically removed from Raji cells using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing. This cell line has been validated by genome sequencing and flow cytometry.

PTK7 CHO Cell Line is a CHO-K1 cell line expressing PTK7 (Protein Tyrosine Kinase 7) (NM_002821.5) under the control of a cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter. This cell line was generated by lentiviral transduction followed by puromycin selection and limited dilution. Individual clones were screened for PTK7 expression levels by flow cytometry and a high expressing clone was selected to generate this cell line.

MUC1 CHO Cell Line is a CHO-K1 cell line expressing MUC1 variant 2 (also known as Mucin-1 or CD227; NM_001018016.3) under the control of a cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter. This cell line was generated by lipid-mediated transfection followed by geneticin selection and limited dilution. Individual clones were screened for MUC1 expression levels by flow cytometry, and a clone was selected to generate this cell line.

The TRα-GAL4 Luciferase Reporter HEK293 Cell Line is a HEK293 cell line expressing firefly luciferase under the control of the GAL4 upstream activation sequence (UAS) with constitutive expression of human thyroid receptor α ligand binding domain fused to the DNA binding domain (DBD) of GAL4 (GAL4 DBD). This system allows specific detection of thyroid hormone-induced activation of the thyroid receptor α with low cross-reactivity from other nuclear receptors. This cell line has been validated by stimulation with triiodothyronine (T-3).

The product can be mixed with single-point mutation reference standard to reach the target ideal variant allele frequency (VAF). This reference standard can be used to assess the performance of your NGS, sanger sequencing and qPCR assay, including the limit of detection, accuracy, and precision.

The EGFR V769-D770insASV Reference Standard is genomic DNA derived from a highly characterized homozygous diploid HCT116 cell line, genetically modified with advanced genome editing technology to include the mutation V769-D770insASV in EGFR on both chromosomes. The variant allele frequency (VAF) is 100%, and can be diluted using the corresponding wild-type standard to reach lower VAF. This reference standard can be used to assess the performance of your NGS, sanger sequencing and qPCR assay, including the limit of detection, accuracy, and precision.

BCMA (B-Cell Maturation Antigen, or CD269) expression has been genetically removed using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing. This cell line was generated by using the eGFP/Firefly Luciferase Lentivirus (BPS Bioscience #79980). This cell line has been validated by genome sequencing, flow cytometry and luciferase activity measurement.

The FcRn: IgG Recycling HMEC-1 Cell Pool is a HMEC-1 cell pool expressing Fc gamma receptor and transporter (FCGRT) (NM_004107.5) and beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) (NM_004048.4), separated by a T2A self-cleaving peptide, under the control of a CMV promoter, introduced into HMEC-1 cells via lentiviral transduction. This cell pool is designed to measure the uptake and recycling of human IgG antibodies (human FcRn does not bind mouse IgG). This cell pool has been validated with Nivolumab, Rituximab, Trastuzumab, anti-PCSK9 and an anti-IL-2Ra antibody.
