Peroxi_SPY555 is a bright, orange & non toxic live cell peroxisome probe based on our SPYTM dyes series. Its optimized structure allows quick labeling of peroxisomes in live cells and tissues with high specificity and low background. Peroxi_SPY555 stains peroxisomes in live cells without the need for genetic manipulation or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. Its absorbance and emission spectra are similar to TMR or Cy3. Peroxi_SPY555 enables multicolor imaging with SPY505, SPY595, SPY650, SPY700, SiR or GFP. Peroxi_SPY555 can be imaged with standard TMR or Cy3 filterset. It can be used for confocal, SIM or STED imaging of living cells and tissue.

Fluorescein-PEG8-NHS ester is a hydrophilic fluorophore containing a NHS ester group and a hydrophilic PEG spacer arm. The NHS ester can react specifically and efficiently with primary amines such as the side chain of lysine residue or aminosilane-coated surfaces at neutral or slight basic conditions to form a covalent bond. Halo-Flipper is a fluorescent probe that specifically labels Halo-tag™* and reports membrane tension changes through its fluorescence lifetime changes. It contains a Chloroalcane Halo-tag™* ligand as well as a tethered Flipper fluorophore which senses changes of the organization of lipid bilayer membranes surrounding the Halo-tag™* protein . Halo-Flipper spontaneously labels Halotag expressing cells and is only fluorescent when inserted in a lipid membrane. It has a broad absorption and emission spectrum, excitation can be commonly performed with a 488nm laser, while emission is collected between 575 and 625nm. It is the perfect tool to precisely localize the Flipper-TR membrane tension fluorophore within cells. ChloroAlkane (CA) is the substrate of the self labeling tag Halo-tag™*. Upon reaction with a CA derivative, Halo-tag™* forms a covalent bond with the substrate. It allows to permanently attach a fluorescent label to any protein of interest (POI) expressed as Halo-tag™* fusion.

SPY505-CA is the ChloroAlkane (CA) derivative of our SPY505 fluorophore. It emits light in the green part of the UV-ViS spectrum, it is fluorogenic, highly cell permeable and well suited for STED and SIM superresolution imaging. SPY505-CA can be imaged with a standard FITC or YFP filterset. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living or fixed cells and tissue. It has the same structure as MaP510-halo, the name used in its original publication in Nature Chemistry. ChloroAlkane (CA) is the substrate of the self labeling tag Halo-tag™*.
