HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is to be used with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated primary or secondary antibodies or other proteins or compounds in solution.   The components of the stabilizer (proprietary) are unique, and stabilize both the antibody and enzyme portions of the conjugate. HRP Conjugate Stabilizer prevents the loss of catalytic activity and maintains the active conformation of the antibody portion of the conjugate.

RIPA (Radio-Immunoprecipitation Assay) Lysis Buffer enables rapid, efficient cell lysis and solubilization of proteins from both adherent and suspension cultured mammalian cells. It has long been a widely used lysis and wash buffer for small-scale affinity pull-down applications, such as immunoprecipitation, since most antibodies and protein antigens are not adversely affected by the components of this buffer. Cell Lysis Buffer is used to lyse cells under non-denaturing conditions. If recommended add 1 mM PMSF or other protease inhibitor immediately before use. Keep all reagents and lysates in ice. For adherent cells add 400µL of buffer per 10cm flask once they have been washed in 1X PBS. For suspended cells add 400 µL of buffer per million cells once they have been washed in 1X PBS and pelleted. For tissue lysates add 20µL of buffer per 1mg of tissue followed by homogenization and sonication.
