Use of this kinase reaction buffer improves Class I PI3-Kinase activities for all isoforms. The buffer is compatible with all of our PI3K activity assays and substrates and is already included with the K-1000s kit. Each vial contains 4 mL of 5X buffer. PtdIns(3 4 5)P3 has shown to be an important lipid second messenger with key roles in fundamental cellular responses such as proliferation and survival. Due to these interesting biological roles PI3-K and PtdIns(3 4 5)P3 have become attractive targets for research and drug development in many diseases including inflammation and cancer. SHIP2 Enzyme Reaction Buffer is useful for measuring inositol polyphosphate 5-phosphatase activity or for SHIP2 inhibitor study. The buffer is ready for use. Dilute SHIP2 enzyme and substrate in the buffer and combine them to start phosphatase reactions. This reaction buffer also works well for Schizosaccharomyces Pombe Synaptojanin.
