UniGlow™ is designed as a ready-to-use chemiluminescent substrate in a One Component System. This is a highly sensitive, nonradioactive, enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). UniGlow easily allows for the detection of picograms (6-12 pg) amounts of antigen using photographic film or other imaging methods. UniGlow is a great quality product with the high sensitivity and excellent signal to noise ratios and low backgrounds. UniGlow substrate is highly stable.

5x concentrated reaction buffer for use with SMARCA Remodeling Enzymes (EpiCypher 15-1014 and 15-1015). Optimized for use with SMARCA Remodeling Enzyme, produced in SF9 cells. SMARCA is an ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complex that regulates nucleosome spacing.

Use of this kinase reaction buffer improves Class I PI3-Kinase activities for all isoforms. The buffer is compatible with all of our PI3K activity assays and substrates and is already included with the K-1000s kit. Each vial contains 4 mL of 5X buffer. Please refer to the K-1000s Technical Data Sheet for further details and procedures.Class I Phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3-K) are ubiquitously expressed lipid kinases which phosphorylate PI(4 5)P2 at the 3'-hydroxyl of the inositol ring producing PtdIns(3 4 5)P3. PtdIns(3 4 5)P3 has shown to be an important lipid second messenger with key roles in fundamental cellular responses such as proliferation and survival. Due to these interesting biological roles PI3-K and PtdIns(3 4 5)P3 have become attractive targets for research and drug development in many diseases including inflammation and cancer. Echelon has multiple formats available for the determination of class I PI3-K activity.

SHIP2 Enzyme Reaction Buffer is useful for measuring inositol polyphosphate 5-phosphatase activity or for SHIP2 inhibitor study. The buffer is ready for use. Dilute SHIP2 enzyme and substrate in the buffer and combine them to start phosphatase reactions. This reaction buffer also works well for Schizosaccharomyces Pombe Synaptojanin.
