Recombinant human ACE2 (angiotensin converting enzyme 2), encompassing amino acids 18-740. The protein is fused in C-terminal with the Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.

Recombinant human PIP5K3 (1-phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate 5-kinase, also known as PIKFYVE), encompassing amino acids 1400-2089(end). The construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag. The protein kinase was affinity purified and is kinase-active.

Recombinant human LTK (leukocyte receptor tyrosine kinase, also known as TYK1), encompassing amino acids 498-796 containing the protein kinase domain. This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag. The recombinant protein was affinity purified and is kinase-active.

Recombinant human CBLB (Cbl proto-oncogene B), encompassing amino acids 39-426. This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag followed by a PreScission Protease Cleavage site to facilitate removal of the GST portion and contains the mutation of interest (Y363E). The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
