NTRK1 Rat Recombinant produced in HEK is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 623 amino acids (35-418 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 69 kDa. NTRK1 is fused to a 239 amino acid human IgG-His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NTRK1 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.

Recombinant human EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor), encompassing amino acids (699-1022) length. This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag and mutation of interest (V948R). The recombinant protein was affinity purified and is kinase active.
