The CRE/CREB Reporter (Luc) - Jurkat Cell Line contains a firefly luciferase gene under the control of multimerized cAMP response element (CRE) stably integrated into Jurkat cells. Elevation of the intracellular cAMP level activates cAMP response element binding protein (CREB) to bind CRE and induces the expression of luciferase. This cell line is validated for response to stimulation by Forskolin.

The NF-κB reporter (Luc)-THP-1 cell line is designed for monitoring nuclear factor Kappa B (NF-κB) signal transduction pathways. It contains a firefly luciferase gene driven by four copies of the NF-κB response element located upstream of the minimal TATA promoter. After activation by pro-inflammatory cytokines or stimulants of lymphokine receptors, endogenous NF-κB transcription factors bind to the DNA response elements, inducing transcription of the luciferase reporter gene.

The anti-BCMA CAR Jurkat/NFAT-luciferase reporter cell line is a stable cell line made from the anti-BCMA scFV CAR lentivirus (BPS Bioscience #79701). It has been validated for anti BCMA-CAR expression by FACS, and for functional activation stimulated by both soluble BCMA protein (BPS Bioscience #79467) and BCMA/CHO target cells (BPS Bioscience #79500).
