1-A-N is an ionizable lipid used in lipid nanoparticles(LNPs). LNP compositions have proven effective as transport vehicles into cells and/or intracellular compartments for biologically active substances such as small molecule drugs proteins and nucleic acids. This lipid can deliver siRNA and sgRNA to T cells.

Phosphatidylserine (PS) Lipid Microparticles, pHrodoTM Red are beads with attached phosphatidylserine and pHrodoTM Red. Phosphatidylserine (PS) is an anionic, intracellular phospholipid component of the cell membrane and is involved in cell signaling. PS coated microparticles are intended as a positive control for apoptosis or in phagocytosis studies. pHrodo is a trademark of ThermoFisher Scientific.

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) Lipid Microparticles, pHrodoTM Red are beads with attached phosphatidylcholine and pHrodoTM Red. The PC headgroups are exposed and available for biological interactions. PC is primarily an extracellular phospholipid of cell membranes and is a key structural lipid. This product is intended as a negative control when using PS lipid microparticles in apoptosis or in phagocytosis studies. pHrodo is a trademark of ThermoFisher Scientific.

Phosphatidylethanol (16:0 LysoPEth) is formed primarily in the liver by transphosphatidylation of phosphatidylcholine (PC) by phospholipase D in the presence of ethanol. PEth is a long-lived circulating ethanol biomarker with forensic and biomedical applications. LysoPEth is formed either through loss of the sn-1 acyl chain or transphosphatidylation of LysoPC. It is also reported to be a biomarker of alcohol consumption.
