C3-K2-E14 is a multi-ionizable amino-lipid featuring a central tertiary amine with two identical brranches and an n-propyl group. Each branch features a propanamide linking to a branched amine, each with two C14 arms and a hydroxyl. Ionizable lipids such as this may be applied in the development of lipid nanoparticles for drug discovery.

Lipid CP-LC-1073 is an ionizable cationic amino lipid derived from homocysteine, a naturally occurring amino acid. This lipid has demonstrated an efficient delivery and high protein expression of different kinds of RNA (mRNA, cRNA and saRNA) in vivo. Moreover, using a typical LNP formulation (IL/Ch/DOPE/PEG: 50/38.5/10/1.5), it has shown to induce specific lung targeting much more efficiently that other commercial alternatives through IV injection, with no signs of toxicity.

Lipid CP-LC-1447 is an ionizable cationic amino lipid derived from homocysteine, a naturally occurring amino acid. This lipid has demonstrated an efficient delivery and high protein expression of different kinds of RNA (mRNA, cRNA and saRNA) in vivo. Moreover, using a typical LNP formulation (IL/Ch/DOPE/PEG: 50/38.5/10/1.5), it has shown to induce specific spleen targeting much more efficiently that other commercial alternatives through IV injection, with no signs of toxicity.
