Gastrin I (human) acetate (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2030L1). Gastrin I (human) acetate (Gastrin-17 acetate) is the endogenous peptide produced in the stomach, and increases gastric acid secretion via cholecystokinin 2 (CCK2) receptor.

des-​Gln14-​Ghrelin (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2032). An endogenous ligand for the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a), produced by alternative splicing of the rat ghrelin gene. Potently induces Ca2+ release in cells expressing ghrelin receptors (EC50 = 2.4 nM) and stimulates GH release in vivo.

[Des-His1,Glu9]-Glucagon amide (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2033). Glucagon receptor antagonist (pA2 = 7.2 for inhibition of glucagon-induced adenylyl cyclase activation in rat liver membranes); displays no agonist activity. Enhances glucose-stimulated pancreatic insulin release in vitro. Blocks added glucagon-induced hyperglycemia in normal rabbits without affecting glycogenolysis in vivo. Also blocks endogenous glucagon-induced hyperglycemia in streptozocin diabetic rats.

Guanylin(human) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2034). Endogenous peptide activator of intestinal guanylyl cyclase; secreted mainly by the gastrointestinal mucosa. Regulates water and electrolyte transport in intestinal and renal epithelia.

DPDPE (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2036). DPDPE is selective δ-opioid receptor agonist peptide. Inhibits electrically stimulated contraction of mouse vas deferens in vitro (EC50 = 5.2 nM), and is antinociceptive in vivo.

DPDPE TFA (88373-73-3 free base) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2036L). DPDPE TFA is selective δ-opioid receptor agonist peptide. Inhibits electrically stimulated contraction of mouse vas deferens in vitro (EC50 = 5.2 nM), and is antinociceptive in vivo.

Z-DQMD-FMK (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2037). Caspase-3 inhibitor. Inhibits MG 132-induced small cell lung cancer cell death in vitro.

Decanoyl-RVKR-CMK (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2038). Subtilisin/Kex2p-like proprotein convertase inhibitor; blocks activity of all seven convertases (PC1, PC2, PC4, PACE4, PC5, PC7 and furin). Abolishes proET-1 processing in endothelial cells; inhibits regulated secretion of the neuronal polypeptide VGF in PC12 cells.

Dynamin inhibitory peptide, myristoylated (control) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2039). Control peptide version of dynamin inhibitory peptide, myristoylated, an inhibitor of the GTPase dynamin that competitively blocks binding of dynamin to amphiphysin, preventing endocytosis. In contrast to dynamin inhibitory peptide, has no significant effect on GABAA receptor-mediated miniature IPSPs.
