Cortagine (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2067). Potent and selective corticotrophin releasing factor receptor 1 (CRF1) agonist (EC50 = 0.18 nM for rat CRF1). Displays anxiolytic and antidepressant activity in vivo. Microinfusion into mouse prefrontal cortex reduces defensive behavior in vivo.

Cyclotraxin B (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2068). Antagonist of TrkB receptors; inhibits BDNF-induced TrkB activity (IC50 = 0.30 nM). Allosterically alters TrkB receptor conformation but does not alter BDNF binding. Prevents BDNF-induced cold allodynia in mice. Also shown to exhibit putative anxiolytic properties in mice.

BDNF (human) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2069). Member of the neurotrophin growth factor family that binds and activates TrkB and p75 neurotrophin receptors. Enhances the survival, growth and differentiation of neurons. BDNF expression is altered in neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.

BDS I (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2070). Potent and reversible Kv3.4 potassium channel blocker (IC50 = 47 nM); also attenuates inactivation of sodium currents by acting on Nav1.7 and Nav1.3 channels. Enhances TTX-sensitive sodium currents in rat small dorsal root ganglion neurons. Neuroprotective.

Bay 55-9837 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2071). Selective VPAC2 receptor agonist (EC50 values are 0.4, 100 and >1000 nM for VPAC2, VPAC1 and PAC1, respectively in a cAMP accumulation assay; IC50 values are 60, 8700 and >10000 nM for VPAC2, VPAC1 and PAC1, respectively in a competition binding assay). Stimulates glucose-dependent insulin secretion in isolated human pancreatic islets. Reduces HIV-1 viral replication and shows cooperative effects when given in conjunction with VPAC1 agonists.

Bay 55-9837 acetate (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2071L). Bay 55-9837 acetate is a potent and highly selective VPAC2 agonist(Kd = 0.65 nM) and can be used in type 2 diabetes studies.

BeKm-1 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2072). Potent and selective KV11.1 (hERG) channel blocker. Selective for KV11.1 over a panel of 14 other potassium channels. Dose-dependently prolongs QTc interval in isolated rabbit heart.

BigLEN(mouse) (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2073). GPR171 agonist. ProSAAS-derived neuropeptide. Regulates food intake in mice. Inhibits the release of glutamate onto parvocellular neurons of the paraventricular nucleus in a process dependent upon activation of postsynaptic G proteins.
