Ac9-25 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2083). N-terminal peptide of Annexin I (AI/Lipocortin I) that inhibits leukocyte extravasation. Acts as a formyl peptide receptor 1 (FPR1) ligand and stimulates neutrophil NADPH oxidase activation.

Ac9-25 acetate (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2083L). Ac9-25 acetate is an annexin AI peptide and activates the neutrophil reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase through FPR but not through FPRL1.

N-Acetyl-O-phosphono-Tyr-Glu Dipentylamide (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2084). Phosphopeptide; binds to the src SH2 domain.

Ac-Tyr(PO3H2)-Glu-Glu-Ile-Glu-OH (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2085). Phosphopeptide ligand for the src SH2 domain (IC50 = 1 μM). Blocks src interactions with EGFR and FAK.

AdTx1 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2086). Selective, high affinity, non-competitive α1A adrenoceptor antagonist (Ki = 0.35 nM). Exhibits no significant activity against a range of other GPCRs, including α2A, β1 and β2 adrenoceptors. Antagonizes effects of phenylephrine on isolated rabbit prostate muscle in vitro and on intra-urethral pressure in rats.

ω-Agatoxin IVA (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2087). Selective blocker of P-type calcium channels (IC50 < 1 - 3 nM). Also inhibits N-type channels at micromolar concentrations.

ω-Agatoxin TK (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2088). Selective blocker of CaV2.1 P/Q-type calcium channels.

Agitoxin-2 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2089). Potent Shaker K+ channel blocker (Ki = 0.64 nM). Also inhibits Kv1.3, Kv1.6 and Kv1.1 K+ channels (Ki values are 4, 37 and 44 pM respectively).

AmmTX3 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282TP2090). KV4 channel blocker. Blocks A-type K+ current (ISA) in mouse cerebellar granule neurons. The accessory dipeptidyl peptidase-like proteins (DPP) 6 and 10 are required for blockade.
