C-021 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T21870). C 021 dihydrochloride is a potent CCR4 antagonist. C-021 (4-Quinazolinamine, 2-[1,4'-bipiperidin]-1'-yl-N-cycloheptyl-6,7-dimethoxy-) dihydrochloride potently inhibits functional chemotaxis in humans and mice with IC50s of 140 nM and 39 nM, respectively. It effectively prevents human CCL22-derived [35S]GTPγS from binding to the receptor (IC50: 18 nM).

CCT018159 is a 3,4-diarylpyrazole resorcinol, an ATP-competitive HSP90ATPase inhibitor that inhibits human Hsp90β and yeast Hsp90 with IC50s of 3.2 and 6.6 μM, respectively.CCT018159 inhibits key endothelial and tumor cell functions associated with invasion and angiogenesis. CCT018159 caused cellular inhibition associated with G1 phase block and induced apoptosis.

CID 2745687 (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T21874). CID 2745687 is a moderately potent, concentration-dependent antagonist at human GPR35 with pIC50 = 6.70. CID 2745687 cannot effectively antagonize the agonist effects of either Zaprinast or Cromolyn disodium at rodent ortholog of GPR35 in vitro[1]. However, CID 2745687 can reverse lodoxamide-mediated anti-fibrotic effects in mice in vivo[2].
