Sulfo-Cy7.5 carboxylic acid is a near infrared, sulfonated cyanine dye with rigidized trimethylene chain and a terminal carboxylic acid group. It is structurally very similar to indocyanine green dye and posesses an improved quantum yield because of its rigidized structure. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research use only.
Cy3B amine is a yellow-emitting cyanine dye that is an improved version of the Cyanine3 fluorophore with significantly higher fluorescence quantum yield and photostability. The amine group is reactive with activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc. Reagent grade, for research use only.
