BDP TR ceramide is a red emitting fluorescent dye that has a terminal sphingosine group. BDP TR ceramide is bright, moderately hydrophobic, and highly photostable. The sphingosine group is useful for the study of lipides by means of microscopy. Reagent grade, for research use only.

DusQ3 azide is a fluorescence quencher with a terminal azide group. DusQ 3 is typically used to quench in the range 620-730 nm. It is highly recommended as a quencher with red- or far-red-emitting rhodamine or cyanine dyes. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry. Sulfo-Cy7.5 dicarboxylic acid is a bifunctional near infrared fluorescent dye with two carboxylic acid groups. Sulfo-Cy7.5 dicarboxylic acid is useful as a NIR emitting cross-linker. The terminal carboxylic acid groups can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research use only.

BDP 630/650 lipid stain is a bright, photostable far-red fluorophore with a high molar extinction coefficient and quantum yield. It has a relatively long excited-state lifetime, making this dye useful for fluorescence polarization analysis. Reagent grade, for research use only.
