FAM phosphoramidite, 6-isomer is a standard fluorescein (FAM) phosphoramidite for 5'-terminal oligonucleotide labeling, high isomeric purity single isomer. This highly purified amidite reagent ensures excellent coupling results with various synthesizers.

This phosphoramidite allows fluorescein (FAM) to be introduced into any position in the oligonucleotide sequence during synthesis by the phosphoramidite method (in the middle of the chain, at the 5'- and 3'-terminus). The reagent is a conjugate of deoxythymidine phosphoramidite and 6-isomer of FAM.

Cyanine3 phosphoramidite, 5'-terminal is a fluorophore featuring a Cy3 dye ligated to a phosphoramidite group. This phosphoramidite is applied in solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis to add a 5’-Cy3 dye to the target oligonucleotide. Cy3 is a cyanine dye with excitation and emission maxima at 555 nm and 570 nm respectively.

Cyanine5 is one of the dyes that are used in qPCR. The corresponding filter set is found on many qPCR machines.This reactive derivative is useful for the synthesis of qPCR probes having Cyanine5 at 5'-end, the most typical location of fluorophore. This is a terminating, non-nucleoside reagent.

Cyanine5.5 is a fluorophore with the emission in far red range of the spectrum. This dye is useful for multiplex qPCR. Commercial six-channel qPCR instruments often have a channel for Cyanine5.5.

HEX phosphoramidite for oligonucleotide synthesis, pure 6-isomer. HEX (hexachlorofluorescein) is a fluorescein derivative with emission in the yellow spectrum range (absorption maximum at 533 nm, emission maximum at 549 nm).

JOE is a xanthene dye, fluorescein derivative possessing two chloro and two methoxy substituents. This fluorophore is a useful label for oligonucleotides. Its absorption and emission spectra are located between FAM and TAMRA.

JOE phosphoramidite for oligonucleotide synthesis, pure 6-isomer (6-JOE).Fluorescent dye JOE is a fluorescein derivative containing two chlorine atoms and two methoxy groups. Its absorption and emission maxima are at 503 nm and 525 nm, respectively.

R6G phosphoramidite for oligonucleotide synthesis, pure 6-isomer. R6G (rhodamine 6G) is a xanthene dye of the rhodamine family with high fluorescence quantum yield and high molar extinction coefficient. Relative to those of fluorescein, the absorption (518 nm) and emission (542 nm) maxima of 6-R6G are shifted into the long-wave region.
