Hydroxy-PEG8-acid sodium salt is a PEG linker containing a hydroxyl group with a terminal carboxylic acid (as sodium salt form). The free acid form is not stable due to the reaction of OH with PEG-COOH group to form polymer. The sodium salt form is stable for storage and shipping. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. t-Boc-Aminooxy-PEG4-amine is a PEG crosslinker molecule. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters. The protected aminooxy can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions and then can react with an aldehyde or ketone group. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
Fmoc-N-amido-PEG11-CH2-aldehyde is a PEG reagent containing an aldehyde group and an Fmoc-protected amine. Aldehyde is reactive to hydrazide and aminooxy groups which are commonly used in biomolecular probes for labeling and crosslinking carbonyls (oxidized carbohydrates). Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic conditions for further conjugation. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. Reagent grade, for research purpose. N-(t-butyl ester-PEG24)-N-bis(PEG3-azide) is a high purity branched PEG linke. The azide groups is very reactive with alkyne such as DBCO, BCN and propargyl reagnet via Click Chemistry. . The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
