Shipping conditions and pricing for 2025
Our shipping methods
Our Logistics Team provides the best solutions to ensure your orders reach you in optimal condition. We select the most appropriate shipping methods and packaging suited to the products we ship to you.
For more efficient service, we group shipments when possible but may send products individually upon request.
Delivery Fees
Our Delivery Fees are revised yearly and include fees for shipping, handling and packaging. We include these fees in all our quotations and order confirmations.
Please note that our Delivery Fees are not subject to reductions or rebates.
Unless otherwise expressly specified through prior written agreement, the following fees apply:
Orders over 650 € are shipped free of charge.
For orders under 650 €, shipping fees of 29 € will be applied.
Dry ice : 50 € (applicable for all dry-ice shipments regardless of order amount).
Shipping fees: £35 / 39 € (applicable for all orders)
Dry ice : £39 / 50 € (applicable for all dry ice shipments).
Shipping fees: 77 € (applicable for all orders)
Dry ice: 40 € (applicable for all dry ice shipments).
Orders over 4874 DKK are shipped free of charge.
For orders under 4874 DKK, shipping fees of 228 DKK will be applied.
Dry ice: 375 DKK (applicable for all dry ice shipments).
Orders over 7150 SEK are shipped free of charge.
For orders under 7150 SEK, shipping fees of 325 SEK will be applied.
Dry ice: 550 SEK (applicable for all dry ice shipments)
Shipping fees: 585 NOK (applicable for all orders)
Dry ice: 665 NOK (applicable for all dry ice shipments).
Special shipping requirements
Shipments may require Liquid Nitrogen containers, biohazardous handling, or any other specific shipping methods or containers. In such cases, specific fees will be applied. We will always inform you of any specific in our quotations and order confirmations.
Special insurance contribution
Tebubio reserves the right to select the best delivery method to minimize any potential risks during delivery. In some instances, depending on the quantity and nature of the products ordered, Tebubio may ask for an insurance contribution to cover the specific risks associated with your order. We will always inform you of any special insurance contribution in our quotations and order confirmations.
