DSPE-PEG-Fluor 488, MW 2,000 is a powerful labeling dye and PEG polymer with hydrophilic phosphate head and hydrophobic lipid tails. The dye has an excitation peak at 499 nm and an emission peak at 520 nm. The polymer can self-assemble to form lipid bilayer in water. The phospholipid polyPEG can be used as a drug nanocarrier for administration of nutrients and therapeutics. BP Fluor 488 is a pure 5-sulfonated rhodamine molecule and it eliminates the lot-to-lot variation caused by two isomers' ratio differences. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

14-(Bromoacetamido-PEG3-ethylcarbamoyl)tridecanoic t-butyl ester has a bromine on a PEG linker with a alkane tail that has a t-butyl ester group. The bromine (Br) can be used as a leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions. The t-butyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. It is a self-assembling PEG reagent which may form micelles in water. This compound may also be used as a building block for lipids in nanotechnolgy and drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

16-(Amine-PEG4-ethylcarbamoyl)pentadecanoic-t-butyl ester is a PEG linker with an amine group and an alkane tail that has a terminal t-butyl ester group. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc. The t-butyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The polymer can form micelles spontaneously in water. It may also be used to prepare more complex lipids for nanoparticles in drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

BP Lipid 306 is an ionizable lipid with an butanolamine amino lipid head, enhancing encapsulation of mRNA. The lipid has primary esters at C8 position relative to the amine nitrogen. The lipid tails each have 8 carbons. The lipid can be used for mRNA-based therapies which depends on the availability of a safe and efficient delivery vehicle. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
