Results for Lentivirus ( 714 )
The PTK7 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce cells with human PTK7 (Protein Tyrosine Kinase 7) (NM_002821.5) driven by a CMV promoter. The lentiviruses also transduce a puromycin selection marker.

The Firefly Luciferase Lentiviruses are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to infect almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The viruses transduce firefly luciferase under the control of an EF1A promoter.

The Firefly Luciferase-eGFP Lentiviruses are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to infect almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce firefly luciferase and eGFP (Luc2-P2A-eGFP) driven by an EF1A promoter (Figure 1). The luciferase and eGFP proteins are co-expressed under the EF1A promoter in the cells, allowing greater flexibility for detection of the transduced cells.

Cyno CD8a/CD8b Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce cells with a P2A-linked cynomolgus monkey (Macaca fascicularis) CD8a (XP_065382910.1) and CD8b (XP_005575417.1) driven by an EF1A promoter, and a puromycin selection marker.

HLA-E Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce nearly all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses result in expression of human HLA-E (NM_005516.6) driven by an EF1a promoter, and a puromycin selection marker.
