GenScript AmMag<sup>TM</sup> MR-mini magnetic separation rack enables small-scale separation of magnetic beads. The rack is designed to separate GenScript’s paramagnetic beads from solutions contained in 1.5 mL and 2 mL micro-centrifuge tubes. The magnetic field has been optimized for separation of tubes < 2 mL in volume.
The GenBuilder Plus Cloning Kit enables seamless and one-step cloning of multiple DNA fragments into a linearized vector. The proprietary enzyme mix fuses together DNA fragments efficiently and precisely by recognizing 15-40 bp overlaps at the end of each fragment. GenScript’s AmMag™ Ni magnetic beads are designed for purification and screening of histidine-tagged (his-tagged) proteins. The beads are highly EDTA and DTT resistant (Table2), enabling them to bind proteins in the presence of chelators. Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate (TAL) as supplied is to be reconstituted with sample or control directly. After incubation for 1 hour, and in the presence of endotoxin, gelation occurs; in the absence of endotoxin, gelation does not occur. GenScript supply a series of ToxinSensorTM Single Tests Kits with Standard with different sensitivity (0.03 EU/ml, 0.06 EU/ml, 0.125 EU/ml and 0.25 EU/ml).
