Vγ4Vδ1 TCR Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G-pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce nearly all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce a TCR (T Cell Receptor) which belongs to the Vγ4Vδ1 subtype of γδ TCRsd. The TCR γ chain and δ chain are linked by P2A. The lentiviruses also transduce a puromycin selection marker.

The Human CD4 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The particles contain CD4 (NM_000616.5) driven by an EF1a promoter, and a hygromycin selection marker.
The Influenza A Virus HA TCR Lentivirus (Clone HA1.7) are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These particles transduce cells with human TCR (T-cell receptor) clone HA1.7 that specifically recognizes the Influenza A virus (or IAV) HA (hemagglutinin) peptide (PKYVKQNTLKLAT) in the context of MHC (major histocompatibility complex) class II molecules. The Influenza A Virus HA TCR α chain and β chain are linked by P2A. The lentiviruses also transduce a puromycin selection marker.

SRE TurboRFP Reporter Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The particles contain an TurboRFP (red fluorescent protein) reporter driven by the SRE (Serum Response Element) located upstream of the minimal TATA promoter. The lentiviruses also transduce a hygromycin selection gene. After transduction, activation of the MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase)/ERK (extracellular regulated kinase) signaling pathway in target cells can be monitored by assessing RFP expression.
DLL1 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These particles transduce cells with human DLL1 (delta like canonical notch ligand 1) (NM_005618.4), driven by a CMV promoter, and a puromycin selection marker.
DLL4 Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to transduce almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These particles transduce cells with human DLL4 (delta like canonical notch ligand 4) (NM_019074.4), driven by a CMV promoter, and a puromycin selection marker.
GCaMP is a genetically encoded calcium indicator (GECI) and created from a fusion of green fluorescent protein (GFP), calmodulin (CaM), and M13, a peptide sequence from myosin light chain kinase. When GECI binds Ca2+, the conformational change of GCaMP induces proximity of the GFP parts, eliciting strong GFP fluorescence signal, which allows measuring action potentials and other receptor activation events that trigger Ca2+ influx. The advantage of GECI's are that they can be genetically specified for studies in living organisms. GCaMP6 is a novel ultra-sensitive format of GCaMP that outperformed other sensors in terms of accuracy and sensitivity in measuring cytosol Ca2+ level. Mutations in calmodulin part of GCaMP6 created several variants which showed different calcium fluorescence decay rate (fast - GCamP6f, slow - GCaMP6f and medium - GCaMP6m). LV-CaMKII-GCaMP6f is pre-made lentivirus which expresses GCaMP6f under CaMKII promoter for neuronal exclusive expression. Ready to us

Expression Negative Control Lentivirus (Inducible Tet On™) are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce nearly all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viral particles do not express any specific protein under a tight TRE tetracycline-inducible promoter but include a G418 selection marker.
