Results for Lentivirus ( 714 )

    • The Secreted Gaussia Luciferase Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The particles constitutively express secreted Gaussia luciferase under a CMV promoter or EF1-a promoter.

    • The Non-secreted Gaussia Luciferase Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The particles constitutively express Gaussia luciferase lacking the N-terminal signal peptide under a CMV promoter.

The TCR Activator Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The particles contain a gene for a membrane-bound, engineered T cell receptor (TCR) activator driven by a CMV promoter or an EF1a promoter. After transduction, the expression of TCR activator can be monitored in the target cells.

The Expression Negative Control Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The controls package the same virus particles as the target expression virus, but they do not express a specific protein under the CMV promoter.  The Expression Negative Control Lentivirus (G418) expresses the gene for aminoglycoside 3' phosphotransferase, which confers resistance to kanamycin, neomycin, and geneticin (G418). The Expression Negative Control Lentivirus (Hygromycin) expresses the gene for hygromycin B phosphotransferase, which confers resistance to Hygromycin. The Expression Negative Control Lentivirus (Puromycin) expresses the gene for puromycin N-acetyl-transferase, which confers resistance to puromycin.

    • The SARS-CoV-2 Spike Pseudotyped Lentivirus were produced with SARS-CoV-2 Spike (Genbank Accession #QHD43416.1) as the envelope glycoproteins instead of the commonly used VSV-G. These pseudovirions also contain the firefly luciferase gene driven by a CMV promoter, therefore, the spike-mediated cell entry can be conveniently measured via luciferase reporter activity. The SARS-CoV-2 Spike pseudotyped lentivirus can be used to measure the activity of neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 in a Biosafety Level 2 facility.
