Multiplex Antibody Array for Protein Profiling and Biostatistical Analysis to Assess the Effect of Oxaliplatin on Mouse Fibrosarcoma Cell Line

Oxaliplatin’s effects on mouse fibrosarcoma cells were investigated through a multiplex cytokine array targeting 200 cytokines, combined with biostatistical analysis. Differential expression analysis identified 47 significantly altered biomarkers, including MIP-3a, while heatmaps and PCA revealed distinct clustering and expression patterns between treated and untreated cells. GO enrichment analysis further uncovered biological processes and pathways associated with cell death. These results shed light on the molecular mechanisms of oxaliplatin, confirming its role as an ICD inducer and providing a deeper understanding of its impact on immune-related pathways.
