Multiplex Antibody Array for Protein Profiling and Biostatistical Analysis to Assess the Effect of Oxaliplatin on Mouse Fibrosarcoma Cell Line
Oxaliplatin’s effects on mouse fibrosarcoma cells were investigated through a multiplex cytokine array targeting 200 cytokines, combined with biostatistical analysis. Differential expression analysis identified 47 significantly altered biomarkers, including MIP-3a, while heatmaps and PCA revealed distinct clustering and expression patterns between treated and untreated cells.
