FGF2 DISCs – 10 ng/mL in 2 mL - 12 DISCs

FGF2 DISCs are biocompatible hydrogels that release defined levels of native FGF2 stably into culture medium over the course of one week. Native FGF2 has a short half life (4 hours) and rapidly decays in cell culture media. Adding soluble FGF2 through daily, conventional commercial media feeds creates fluctuations in growth factor levels that affect signaling pathways and creates a stressful cellular environment.
