Learn more about how these innovative probes give researchers powerful tools to study cellular structures more efficiently and reliably, improving live-cell imaging quality across diverse biological systems.

The development of new probes marks significant progress in live-cell imaging. Peroxi_SPY555 and Peroxi_SPY650 are the first small-molecule probes designed specifically for peroxisome labelling, avoiding the need for genetic modification.

PKmem 555 and PKmem 650 are novel plasma membrane probes with high specificity and brightness, incorporating a COT group to minimise photodamage and ensure non-toxic properties.

These tools enhance researchers’ ability to study cellular structures with greater precision and reliability, advancing live-cell imaging.
