  • Can I send you my cells?

    Yes, you can as long as they do not require more than a BSL-2 biosafety level. Your cells can arrive either in culture or frozen in dry ice. Your cells will be tested for mycoplasma upon their arrival/thawing at Tebubio's facility.

  • Can you send me the cells already plated?

    Yes, we can. The feasibility of this delivery will be evaluated with you during your project discussions.

  • Can you source the cells necessary for my in vitro model study?

    Yes, we can as long as their use at Tebubio is compliant with their licensing restrictions. Tebubio has a network of suppliers that allows us to buy a broad variety of cells (commercial and primary cells lines, patients’ derived cells).

  • What safety levels for our compounds and samples do you accept?

    We accept most compounds and samples with a biosafety of BSL-1 and BSL-2. Of note, we do not accept replicative viruses. A biological and chemical risk assessment will be required before sending your samples and compounds to Tebubio.

  • I have a specific protocol that I would like to follow, can you do that?

    Yes, we can. The feasibility of this protocol will be evaluated with you during your project discussions.

  • I have no idea what protocol to follow for my specific in vitro model, can you help?

    Yes, we can. At Tebubio, CRS team and SST work together to help design a feasible protocol tuned for your specific needs.
