Q&A of the live session
-
Have you an example of service price for your Biomarker platform?
For example, profiling 30 angiogenesis cytokines in 32 samples for 2317 Eur. The price of the Human Angiogenesis Array GS3 kit alone is 1417 Eur.
-
You mention that you can combine your biomarker offer to your other platform. What does it mean exactly?
We are able to analyze biomarkers secreted by primary cells treated with your compounds. We can provide broad primary cells type and biomarkers analysis. Or we can produce mRNA, transfect cells and analyze the mechanism of action by profiling specific biomarkers. Again, we are able to provide mRNA, the cell assay and biomarkers analysis.
-
For the Biomarker profiling: Would it possible to analyse samples of pigs (swine)?
Yes. Besides many ELISA, we can profile or quantify up to 50 targets in multiplex antibody array.
-
What are the minimum samples requirements for biostatistical analysis?
Our biostatistical services can accommodate analyses with as few as 2 samples. However, for more robust and reliable results, we recommend analyzing at least 200 targets and using 2 groups of triplicates. This approach enhances the statistical power and depth of your study.
