Functional Assays

The Chemi-Verse™ ROS1 Kinase Assay Kit is designed to measure ROS1 (ROS Proto-Oncogene 1) tyrosine kinase activity for screening and profiling applications using ADP-Glo™ as a detection reagent. The assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with enough purified ROS1 kinase domain (amino acids 1883-2347(end)), kinase substrate, ATP, and kinase assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions.

The Chemi-Verse™ RET Kinase Assay Kit is designed to measure RET (rearranged during transfection) tyrosine kinase activity for screening and profiling applications using ADP-Glo™ as a detection reagent. The assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with enough purified RET (amino acids 658-end), kinase substrate, ATP, and kinase assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions.

The Chemi-Verse™ HPK1 Kinase Assay Kit is designed to measure HPK1 (Hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1) serine/threonine kinase activity for screening and profiling applications using ADP-Glo™ as a detection reagent. The assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with enough purified HPK1 (amino acids 1-346, kinase domain), kinase substrate, ATP, and kinase assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions. Note: MBP (Myelin Basic Protein) is a non-specific protein substrate that is used as a "universal substrate" for many in vitro kinase activity assays. This protein is targeted by many serine/threonine kinases at conserved amino acids. We use the dephosphorylated version of the MBP substrate in our assays to determine the kinase-mediated phosphorylation of MBP. Our assays are not suitable for studying autophosphorylation of the kinase due to the presence of the MBP substrate.

The VEGF165:VEGFR2 [Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Chemiluminescence Assay Kit is an ELISA designed for screening and profiling molecules that block the binding between VEGF165 (vascular endothelial growth factor 165) and VEGFR2 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2). The Molecular Glue/PROTAC® Optimization Kit for CDK/Cyclin K-DDB1 Containing Complex is an AlphaLISA® assay designed for the testing and profiling of Molecular Glues (MG) and PROTACs targeting CDK12 (cyclin dependent kinase 12) or CDK13 kinases and any complex containing DDB1 (DNA damage binding protein 1). The kit comes with enough recombinant CDK12/Cyclin K complex, Cereblon/DDB1/CUL4A (culin 4A)/Rbx1 (RING-box protein 1) as a DDB1-containing complex, and optimized PROTAC® buffer. This kit also contains the control molecular glue (R)-CR8, and the dual CDK12-CDK13 inhibitor THZ531.
