BP Fluor 800 Azide is a conceptually new class of sterically shielded NIR cyanine heptamethine dye with emission wavelengths >740 nm. This dye contains two shielding PEG arms directly over both faces of the heptamethine fluorochrome blocking any undesired bimolecular association processes, resulting in a significant increase in fluorescence brightness. BP Fluor 800 Azide can be reacted with terminal alkynes via a copper-catalyzed click reaction (CuAAC). It also reacts with strained cyclooctyne via a copper-free “click chemistry” reaction to form a stable triazole and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

BP Fluor 800 DBCO is a conceptually new class of sterically shielded NIR cyanine heptamethine dye with emission wavelengths >740 nm. This dye contains two shielding PEG arms directly over both faces of the heptamethine fluorochrome blocking any undesired bimolecular association processes, resulting in a significant increase in fluorescence brightness. BP Fluor 800 DBCO is a popular labeling dye used in copper-free Click Chemistry reactions and reacts with the azide group in antibody, proteins, peptides, amino-modified oligos, and other target molecules. BP Fluor 546 (Alexa Fluor 546 equivalent; AF546) NHS Ester is a water-soluble, pH-insensitive (from pH 4-10), orange-fluorescent dye with absorption and emission maxima at 554 and 570 nm, respectively. It reacts with the amine group in antibody, proteins, peptides, amino-modified oligos, and other target molecules, which are often used for generating stable signals in imaging and flow cytometry. It can be used with the 488 nm and 532 nm laser lines. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

BP Fluor 680 (Alexa Flour 680 Equivalent) NHS Ester is a bright and photostable fluorescent dye with an excitation peak at 681 nm and an emission peak at 704 nm. It is spectrally identical to Alexa Fluor® 680 and IRDye® 680RD. It reacts with the amine group in antibody, proteins, peptides, amino-modified oligos, and other target molecules and is often used for small animal imaging, cytometry, western blot, etc. BP Fluor 680 molecules can be conjugated to proteins at high molar ratios without significant self-quenching. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

BP Fluor 660 (almost identical to Alexa Fluor® 660 and CF660® 680RD) Acid is a bright and photostable far-red dye that emits fluorescence at about 685 nm in the borderline spectral region between far-red and near-IR. Although the absorption maximum is at around 665 nm, this dye can be sufficiently excited by the 633 or 647 nm laser. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators such as EDC and HATU, to form stable amide bonds. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
