Cy5 dimethyl is a free non-activated dye. This dye has limited water solubility, but can be dissolved in mixtures of water with organic phase (DMF, DMSO, alcohols) to obtain useful concentrations of the material in solution. This molecule can be considered non-reactive dye for the use in control samples, and for instrument calibration. Reagent grade, for research use only.

Cy3B maleimide is a mono-reactive dye containing maleimide group, which can selectively and efficiently attach Cyanine3 fluorophore(an analog of Cy3) to proteins and peptides containing cysteine residues, as well as to other thiolated molecules (such as thiol-containing oligonucleotides). Cy3B is an improved version of Cy3 dyes with significantly increased fluorescence quantum yield and photostability. Reagent grade, for research purpose

This phosphoramidite allows fluorescein (FAM) to be introduced into any position in the oligonucleotide sequence during synthesis by the phosphoramidite method (in the middle of the chain, at the 5’- and 3’-terminus). The reagent is a conjugate of deoxythymidine phosphoramidite and 6-isomer of FAM.

Cyanine3 phosphoramidite, 5'-terminal is a fluorophore featuring a Cy3 dye ligated to a phosphoramidite group. This phosphoramidite is applied in solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis to add a 5’-Cy3 dye to the target oligonucleotide. Cy3 is a cyanine dye with excitation and emission maxima at 555 nm and 570 nm respectively.
