Your local Tebubio office will be pleased to suggest the best solutions and take care of your orders.
You can also place your order online, with your Tebubio account. Payment can be done online, or on receipt of invoice following shipment of your products*.
Some conditions may apply, we'll be pleased to advise the available options for your orders.

You can choose your preferred currency in the blue bar at the top of the page.
The European currencies available are the Euro, British Pound Sterling (GBP), Danish Kronor (DKK), Norwegien Kronor (NOK) and Swedish Kronor (SEK).

The estimated delivery time for catalogue items is indicated when you select a product.
For custom productions, your local Tebubio office will inform you of the timeframe along with your quotation.

The first step is to create your Tebubio account. To get started, click on the Sign in button in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
Select Sign Up to provide us with your details, so we can set up your account.
We'll confirm as soon as everything is ready for you to place your first order!

shipping and delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Tebubio selects renowned and reliable shipping companies. We work with FedEx, DHL and TNT, to ensure prompt and smooth delivery.
For special deliveries, requiring Liquid Nitrogen for example, the correct procedures with regards to dangerous goods are fully respected. Our Logistics team members are IATA accredited for Dangerous Goods shipments.
For highly specific requirements, such as high-value (monetary or sample rareness), we select the appropriate couriers to ensure secure shipment and delivery.

Your products are delivered with instructions for storage on arrival.
A label on the outside of the parcel indicates the required conditions for short-term storage, and we advise referring to the adjoined data-sheet for full recommendations.
Certain products are shipped at temperatures which differ to their long-term storage conditions - this is normal and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

When a parcel is shipped, the tracking number is provided to you at the email you specified on ordering, or can be obtained by simple request to your local Tebubio team.

Invoicing & Payments
We accept the following credit and debit cards :
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Payment with Paypal is also accepted.
Our bank details are mentioned on all invoices for payments by bank transfer.

Your invoices will be establised in Euros, if you are from an EU zone country, other than the following:
- GBP if you are from the UK)
- DKK if you are from Denmark
- SEK if you are from Sweden
- NOK if you are from Norway
You can display prices in your currency by selecting in from the menu in the blue bar at the top of the page.

Our laboratories are at our main Tebubio office in France. We have 750m2 of labs for biomarker studies, protein production, 2D or 3D cell culture, bioassays, molecular biology...

Our laboratories are in Europe, full information for shipping your samples will always be included in your project description with us.
Our Logistics experts will also be pleased to full arrange and handle pick-up of your samples from your lab at your convenience, for shipment to our laboratories.

Our laboratory is accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research to accept material and derivatives classified biological risk levels 1 or 2.
We require you to accept legal liability and responsibility for the accuracy of biological risk assessment, by providing a duly signed Risk Assessment document enabling us to perform your project.
