SPY7000-tubulin is a bright, far-red & non-toxic live cell microtubule stain based on SPY™ dyes series. Its optimized structure allows quick labeling of microtubules in live cells with high specificity and very low background. SPY650-tubulin stains microtubules in live cells without the need for genetic manipulation or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. Its absorbance and emission spectra are similar to Cy5. SPY650-tubulin enables multicolour imaging with SPY505, SPY555, SPY595, SPY700, GFP or m-cherry. SPY650-tubulin can be imaged with standard Cy5 filtersets. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living cells and tissue.

PKmito Orange FX (also known as PKMO FX) is a bright, photostable, mitochondrial probe based on the PKmito™ dyes developed in the lab of Zhixing Chen at Peking University. PKmito Orange FX labels mitochondria in formaldehyde or glutaraldehyde fixed cells with very high specificity. The unique and unmatched feature of PKmito Orange FX is its ability to be retained nearly quantitatively after glutaraldehyde fixation of stained cells. PKmito Orange FX is extremely well suited for STED and SIM superresolution imaging. It allows to perform nanoscopy of mitochondria with exquisite resolution and bright signal. PKmito Orange FX accumulates in the mitochondrial inner membrane (IM) and stays in place upon fixation. It is highly suited to image mitochonridal cristae structure by STED superresolution microscopy using a 775 nm depletion line. PKmito Orange FX does not require any genetic manipulation, transfection or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. PKmito Orange FX enables multicolor imagi

PKmem 555 is a bright, non-phototoxic & non-toxic plasma membrane probe based on the PKmem™ dyes developed by the lab of Zhixing Chen at Peking University. PKmem 555 labels the plasma membrane in live cells with very high specificity. The unique and unmatched feature of PKmem 555 is its extremely low phototoxicity, due to the presence of the intramolecular triplet quencher cyclooctatetraene (COT) group. It allows to perform long term live cell imaging of the plasma membrane without damaging the cells. PKmem 555 does not require any genetic manipulation, transfection or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. PKmem 555 enables multicolor imaging with SPY505, SPY595, SPY650, SPY700, SiR or GFP. PKmem 555 can be imaged with a standard TMR or Cy3 filterset. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living cells and tissue. Contains 1 vial of PKmem 555 (lyophilized).
