PRKCI Human Recombinant produced in HEK cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain (1-596 a.a) containing a total of 602 amino acids, having a molecular mass of 69kDa. PRKCI is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus,and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

NTRK1 Rat Recombinant produced in HEK is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 623 amino acids (35-418 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 69 kDa. NTRK1 is fused to a 239 amino acid human IgG-His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NTRK1 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
