800CW NHS ester (IRDye 800CW NHS equivalent) is an amine reactive near-infrared high water-soluble fluorescent dye, it can be labeled to biomolecules directly, such as primary antibody, secondary antibody, peptide, etc. The conjugates can be used as a probe for Western blot, flow cytometry, immunocytochemical assays, including In-Cell Western assays and On-Cell Western cell-based assays, protein arrays, microscopy, tissue section imaging, in vivo imaging and optical probe development. 800CW dye-conjugated agents and probes are currently propelling more than a dozen Phase I or Phase II clinical trials, more than any other near-infrared fluorescent dye on the market. Reagent grade, for research purpose.

Biotin is a small biomolecule important for many cellular processes. Most importantly for biotechnology applications, biotin is ammenable to conjugation to proteins for use in biochemical assays. Biotin has a very strong affinity for avidin and streptavidin; an attraction that is the strongest and most stable non-covalent interaction known. Horse Raddish Peroxidase (HRP) is an enzyme that utilize organic peroxide compounds as electron donors. Naturally provides protection for plants against pathogens, but can be utilized in molecular biology to convert various substrates to detectable compounds (such as in Western Blotting and ELISAs). Biotin Peroxidase Conjugated is ideal for investigators in Immunology, Cancer, Neuroscience, and Cell Biology.

Glucose oxidase is an enzyme that drives the oxidation of glucose into hydrogen peroxide and D-glucono-δ-lactone. This activity is utilized in biotechnology through colormetric detection assays that are sensitive to the amount of hydrogen peroxide produced. Biotin Glucose Oxidase Conjugated is ideal for investigators involved in Cancer, Cell Signaling, Neuroscience, and Cell Biology research.

Beta-galactosidase (beta-gal; β-gal) is an enzyme that hydrolyzes β-galactosides (such as lactose and various glycoproteins) into simple sugars. Beta-galactosidase is routinely used as a reporter in biochemical experiments as well as a marker for gene expression experiments in E. coli. Beta-galactosidase can be used to cleave the chemical X-gal that forms an intense blue product that can easily be quantified.
