DOPE-PEG-Rhodamine B, MW 2,000 is a PEG-dye-lipid conjugate featuring a DOPE group and a Rhodamine B fluorophore. DOPE is a phospholipid featured prominently in lipid nanoparticles for its ability to readily form micelles while Rhodamine B is a fluorescent dye which is used in histology, FRET and other fluorescence-based assays in vivo.
