Prothrombin (474-477) [Mus musculus] (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T22676). Prothrombin (coagulation factor II) is produced in the liver and is post-translationally modified in a vitamin K-dependent reaction that converts ten glutamic acids on prothrombin into gamma-carboxyglutamic acid. Prothrombin is proteolytically cleaved to form thrombin in the coagulation cascade, which ultimately results in the stemming of blood loss.

CP-100356 hydrochloride (Legacy Tebubio ref. 282T22680). CP-100356 hydrochloride is an orally active, low micromolar dual inhibitor of MDR1 (P-gp) and BCRP, a nucleotide-derived substrate analogue that inhibits MDR1-mediated Calcein-AM and BCRP-mediated Prazosin transporters. Additionally, CP-100356 inhibits OATP1B1 and induces stomatal opening in the dark.
