Biotin alkyne is a linker containing a biotin group and a terminal alkyne. Biotin is useful for affinity-based applications such as pull-down assays or for ligating with streptavidin proteins while terminal alkynes are used in copper (I) click chemistry with azides to form stable triazoles with a target molecule.

Biotin-HPDP is a membrane-permeable reagent that is useful for labeling and affinity-purification that requires the recovery of original biomolecule. The 2-pyridyldithio group reacts optimally with free sulfhydryls at pH 7-8. The resulting disulfide bond between the target sulfhydryl molecule and biotin group can be cleaved by reducing agents to release the biomolecule in its original, unmodified form. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

SMPH Crosslinker is a non-cleavable, water soluble crosslinker containing a maleimide and NHS ester group. The maleimide is able to react with thiol groups between pH 6.5 to 7.5 to form thiolester bonds. NHS ester groups are reactive toward primary amines. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

DSG Crosslinker is a noncleavable crosslinker which is used in intracellular crosslinking due to its membrane permeability. DSG Crosslinkers contain two terminal NHS ester groups which are reactive toward primary amines. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

Desthiobiotin is a single-ring, sulfur-free analog of biotin that binds to streptavidin with nearly equal specificity but less affinity than biotin (Kd = 1011 vs. 1015M, respectively). Consequently, desthiobiotinylated proteins can be eluted readily and specifically from streptavidin affinity resin using mild conditions based on competitive displacement with free biotin. For pull-down experiments with biological samples, this soft-release characteristic of desthiobiotin also helps to minimize co-purification of endogenous biotinylated molecules, which remain bound to streptavidin upon elution of the target protein complexes with free biotin. Mal-PEG2-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a cleavable ADC linker. The Val-Cit will specifically be cleaved by Cathepsin B. As this enzyme is only present in the lysosome, the ADC payload will be released only in the cell. The maleimide group is reactive toward thiol groups between pH 6.5 to 7.5. PEG chain increases the water solubility of the compound. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

Mal-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a cleavable peptide linker. The Val-Cit was designed to be cleaved by Cathepsin B. The maleimide group is reactive toward thiol groups between pH 6.5 to 7.5. PEG4 arm increases the aqueous solubility of the compound. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
