N-Fmoc-N'-(azido-PEG4)-L-Lysine- PFP ester is a crosslinker containing an Fmoc protected amine and PFP protected amine, an azide group and a lysine. The azide group enables Click Chemistry. The PFP ester is a better leaving group compared to a hydroxyl group and can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

(+)JQ1 is a member of the triazolo-diazepine compound family, which functions as a potent, specific, and reversible pan-BET (bromodomain and extra-terminal motif) family inhibitor. (+)-JQ1 binds to BRD4 bromodomains 1 and 2 with Kd values of about 50 and 90 nM, respectively. The binding is competitive with acetyl lysine. (+)-JQ1 can be a useful chemical probe to investigate the role of BET bromodomains in the transcriptional regulation of oncogenesis. Reagent grade, for research purpose. 3,4-Dibromo-Mal-PEG2-Amine TFA salt is a PEG linker containing a dibromomaleimide group and a primary amine. The dibromomaleimide group allows for two points of attachement because both of the bromine atoms can be substituted. Dibromo-Maleimide is sensitive to high temperature and light. The primary amine can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and other carbonyl compounds. PEG linkers are hydrophilic moieties, therefore the attachment of a PEG linker to a compound increases it's water solubility properties in aqueous media. Reagent grade, for research purpose. 3,4-Dibromo-Mal-PEG2-Boc-Amine is a PEG linker featuring a dibromo-maleimide linked to a Boc-protected amine. The unsaturated dibromo motif is a covalent ligand for thiol groups, and may be used to label cysteine residues in proteins. The presence of two leaving groups on this molecule allows this linker to bind two thiols at a time. Dibromo-Maleimide is sensitive to high temperature and light. The Boc group can be removed with acid to free the amine to perform a variety of reactions such as coupling with carboxylic acids, reductive amination with aldehydes or ketones, or SNAr with electron-deficient aromatic groups.
