Copper-free click chemistry reaction between strained cycloalkynes (cyclooctynes), and azides, is a very fast and robust reaction. It can be used for a fast labeling with fluorescent dyes. This reagent is a derivative of water soluble sulfo-Cyanine5 dye which emits in red channel. It is useful for the labeling of biomolecules in aqueous media.

Indocyanine Green (aka ICG, IC Green, Foxgreen) is used for reliable imaging and flow cytometry. This dye is water-soluble and pH-insensitive. The fluorescence of Indocyanine Green is not visible to the human eye but is readily detected by most imaging systems. Indocyanine Green binds tightly to plasma proteins and becomes confined to the vascular system. The dye has a half-life of 150 to 180 sec and is removed from circulation exclusively by the liver to bile juice. Indocyanine Green is used for determining cardiac output, hepatic function, liver and gastric blood flow, and for ophthalmic angiography.

Thiazole Orange is an asymmetric cyanine dye whose fluorescence highly depends on the local environment. Thiazole Orange is essentially dark in solution; however, its fluorescence increases a thousandfold when Thiazole Orange is introduced into double-stranded DNA and RNA (dsDNA or dsRNA). The maximum absorption of Thiazole Orange in complex with DNA is 509 nm, and the maximum emission is 532 nm. Thiazole Orange solution is widely used for determining the percentage of reticulocytes in human peripheral blood with microscopy and flow cytometry. We also offer the ready-to-use solution of Thiazole Orange LumiCell Reticulocyte Stain for this purpose.

BP Lipid 370 is a novel lipid analog which features a unique 3-hydroxymethyl azetidine ionizable group with an ester linkage to two adipate ester branched tails. The head group also features a primary hydroxyl group for further derivativzation or to increase enhance surface properties. This lipid may be used in the formulation of lipid nanoparticles for drug or mRNA delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
