BP Fluor 647-PEG10-azide is a water-soluble, far-red fluorescent probe with excitation ideally suited for the 633 nm or 647 nm laser lines. A significant advantage to using long wavelength dyes such as Cy5 or BP Fluor 647 dye over other fluorophores is the low autofluorescence of biological specimens in this region of the spectrum. The azide reacts with strained cyclooctynes such as BCN, DBCO via a copper-free "click chemistry" reaction. The brightness and photostability of this dye are best suited to direct imaging of low-abundance targets. The PEG10 enhances water-solubilty and fines tunes the biological activity of the labeled products.

BP Fluor 647 carboxylic acid is a bright green-fluorescent dye optimal for use with the 633, 650 nm Argon laser. The compound's sulfonate groups permit hydrophilicity and less aggregation in the aqueous solution. BP Fluor 647 is used for protein and antibody labeling, or nucleic acid applications with high labeling density. The carboxyl group can react with amines via coupling agent (e.g. HATU).

Fluorescein-PEG8-Acid is a xanthene dye with excitation/emission maximum of 494/517 nm and a free terminal carboxyl acid. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. It could be used as a quantum yield standard. Hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media and reduces steric hindrance during binding. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

BDP FL-PEG8-acid is a BDP FL acid linker containing a hydrophilic PEG spacer arm. BDP FL is a green-fluorescent dye and the hydrophilic PEG spacer arm increases water solubility as well as membrane permability. BDP FL dye has several characteristics that make it potentially superior in some applications, including high extinction coefficient, high fluorescence quantum yield, narrow emission bandwidth, red shift in fluorescence emission at high dye concentrations, relatively long excited-state lifetime, etc. Reagent grade, for research purpose. AMCA-PEG1-acid is a fluroescent reagent with a terminal carboxylic acid group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer arm increases water solubility, membrane permability, and conjugation efficiency. AMCA-PEG1-acid is a popular blue fluorescent tagging molecule that has a maximal absorption of 345 nm and emission at 450 nm. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups of activated NHS ester to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
