TMB ELISA Buffer Kit (Legacy Tebubio ref. 167900-T00). This kit contains the key components required for the analysis of 10 Sandwich ELISA plates. It has been specifically formulated to be used in conjunction with PeproTech's Standard TMB ELISA Development Kits. Included Solutions and Materials: PBS, Wash Buffer, Blocking Buffer, Diluent, TMB Liquid Substrate, ELISA microplates, Sealing Film, and Stop Solution.

The FineTest Lysis Buffer produced is a traditional rapid lyse solution for tissue cells.Protein samples obtained by Finetest Lysis Buffer can be used for ELISA. This product can be used on animal, plant cell or tissue samples. The main components are 50mM Tris(pH7.2- 7.4), 0.9% NaCl, 0.1% SDS. When using this lysate, the user can add specific inhibitors or not according to the specific purpose. Protein samples obtained by FineTest Lysis Buffer can use FineTest BCA protein assay kit (K001) to measure protein concentration.Due to the high concentration of detergent, the protein concentration of the sample obtained from the FineTest Lysis Buffer cannot be determined by Bradford method.
